Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Budash app and website, operated by TCM Group. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@budash.app.

The service

Budash helps you track recurring payments, subscriptions and bills. It is an organisational tool only. It does not move money, connect to your bank, or provide financial, tax or legal advice. Forecasts and AI suggestions may be inaccurate, so check important figures yourself.

Your account

• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and do not use Budash for anything unlawful or to disrupt the service.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings or on our account deletion page.

Your content and third-party keys

You own the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Budash to you. If you use your own AI provider key, that provider's terms and charges apply to those requests.

Paid plans

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Subscriptions bought in the app are billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store; cancel and request refunds there, under their policies.
• Subscriptions bought on our website are billed by our payment provider; cancel any time from Settings and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription automatically.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Budash available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Budash is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed payments or fees, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continuing to use Budash means you accept them.
